Belucci
Belucci 1983-2006 (Bolero x Grande).
Belucci passed away unexpectedly on December 27, 2006. Our family is deeply saddened by our loss of our dear friend. As his owners, we are devastated and heartbroken. Anyone who knew Belucci knew of his kind nature, which is seen in his offspring. Belucci placed 8th out 40 horses at his performance testing in Adelheidsdof Germany and was sold to Holland where he stood at stud for over 10 years producing top International riding horses competing in both dressage and show jumping. Belucci will be remembered in his beautiful offspring. Belucci, I hand you over to St. Francis for now and he will care for you until we meet again old friend. God bless you and keep you close.
Thank you so much to all of you for your kind words and support during this difficult time. You will never know how much we appreciate it. Losing a stallion is a very difficult thing especially when he has touched the hearts of so many people around the world.

Belucci is sired by Bolero, who had a profound impact on the Hanoverian breed before he died at the early age of 12 years. Bolero sired 51 approved sons and numerous State Premium Mares as well as champion riding horses and the highest price horses at the auctions. Bolero continually produced horses with good shoulders, withers, modern toplines and elastic action.
Belucci's dam sire Grande was one of the top g-line sires in the 70's and 80's. Grande produced over 40 approved sons and many of the most successful competition horses in Europe in both dressage and jumping. Belucci was licensed in Adelheidsdorf. He was then sold to Denmark, where he was a successful FEI level Grand Prix dressage horse. In 1994, Belucci was imported to the United States.
